Throughout the entire film, Alexandra stands on the guy?s head. First she stands barefoot on his head and his jaw. Then she puts on a pair of black shoes with metal heels. She puts her whole weight on his head, even lifting one leg up. Then she puts on a pair of open-toed shoes and tramples over the head of the guy lying on the floor.
