It opens with Anya holding Matt down by standing on his stomach with her left foot as she presses on his neck with her right (can\’t be seen at first). She then stands on his chest with her left foot & steps down on his neck with her right as he gasps for air. At one point, with all her weight on his neck, she moves her left foot back to his stomach. She eventually goes back to bouncing on his d*ck with both feet as well as standing on his stomach. By this time, Matt is completely squashed as you can see by how deep Anya sinks into his stomach. (Resolution: 720×480)
